It is with profound pride and a deep sense of institutional purpose that I address you, on behalf of our entire Faculty, at this significant juncture in our shared academic journey. The Faculty of Computer Science at Benha National University remains committed to graduating professionals equipped with the knowledge, mental acuity, and professional skills that enable them to compete at the local, regional, and international levels, all within a framework of human and moral values. This mission drives us in our continuous pursuit of our vision: to stand among the leading programs in Computer Science education, both regionally and internationally.
In fulfillment of this mission and vision, and in response to the imperatives of the contemporary technological era, our Faculty proudly announces the inauguration of three academic programs: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Software and Application Development, and Data Science. Together, these programs form a coherent and forward-looking academic offering, uniting the theoretical rigor and applied competence needed to lead in intelligent systems and data-driven innovation, the disciplined foundations essential to designing and deploying robust software solutions, and the analytical acumen required to derive meaningful insight from an ever-expanding world of data. Our graduates will be well-prepared to pursue careers as machine learning engineers, AI researchers, and intelligent systems developers; software engineers, application developers, and systems architects; and data scientists, data analysts, and business intelligence specialists, among many other emerging roles across today's technology-driven industries.
These programs stand as a testament to the enduring dedication of our faculty members to scholarly distinction and to our shared responsiveness to the transformations reshaping the global technological landscape. Every member of our academic community has contributed to ensuring that each curriculum unites sound theoretical grounding with substantive practical training, so that our graduates emerge equipped to compete confidently and ethically on the local, regional, and international stage.
It is our firm conviction that these programs will further consolidate our Faculty's standing as an institution of innovation and academic eminence, and we await, with confidence and anticipation, the accomplishments of our students as they embark upon this distinguished path.
Best regards,
Prof. Eman Ahmed Abdel Ghaffar
